VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PARENTS

VOLUNTEER SIGN UPS WILL BE AVAILABLE AS SOON AS WE KNOW OUR MEET SCHEDULE.

Each home meet we will need the following positions covered by Volunteers:

• Clerk of Course: Two (2) people who will stay the entire meet.
•  Four (4) people who will each work one half of the meet.
• Heat Ribbon Winner: Two (2) people who will each work one half of the meet.
• Wednesday Afternoon Ribbon Processors: Two (2) People who will put stickers on ribbons from the previous night’s Swim Meet. 
• Senior County Hype Cheerleader: Two (2) people will get the Team excited throughout the summer, keep up with the swimmers who have qualified for the Senior Couty Meet at the end of July.
• Team Captain: Two (2) people who will ensure the Swim Team stays together at the meets.

By registering my child(ren) with the Mountain Brook Club Swim Team, I agree to volunteer for at least one shift of a home meet that my child(ren) participate in. I understand that I can send a substitute in my place (babysitter, grandparent, etc.). ALL volunteers must watch or attend the appropriate trainings prior to the home swim meet that they are working. Families must meet this volunteer requirement in order for swimmers to be eligible for end of season awards. I understand that there are no exceptions to this rule.
